Syncing Calendars between different Mailboxes
Hi there,
I'm looking for a solution to keep the calendar folders of two or more mailboxes in sync.
The scenario: one Exchange organization holds mailboxes for different companies. Some board members have multiple mailboxes to reflect their roles in the different companies. A single mailbox for these people is not an option for many reasons. But we need consistent
free busy information for scheduling. So syncing the calendars between the mailboxes would keep free busy information in shape.
Any recommendations?
Thanks.

Hi
Perhaps you could refer to the thread Sync Exchange Online Calendar with another Exchange Calendar.
On that thread, they provide some tools for doing that.

We had similar request from one of the customer and the simple solution for this is to forward the mails from mailbox "A" to mailbox "B". By which both the calendar free/busy will be in sync.
But make sure you select the option to keep the copy on both the mailboxes. It worked like a charm.....
Mailbox Property > Mailflow settings > Delivery Options > Select checkbox Forward to and Deliver message to both forwarding address and mailbox options
Point to be noted. This will be uni-directional. Meaning meeting invite sent to mailbox "A" will reflect in mailbox "B" calendar. But will not work the other way around
Thanks & Regards
