Synchronizing address book between sites.
Hi, We are currently migrating from a Exchange Site containing 3 companies in a shared AD to separate Exchange sites in a separate AD for each company. We are still cooperating and are located on a joint network. Does Exchange have tools for cross-site address book synchronization? The Consultants are pushing a third party tool to do this. Hi Frode,Yes, that's true. Exchange doesn't have any way natively to sync address books of two different Exchange organization and you need to use some tools. You can use IIFP of MIIS orILM 2007 Feature Pack 1 tools available with Microsoft or need to go for third-party product likeQuest(Quest product is really impressive)...GAL Sync with the Identity Integration Feature Pack (IIFP)http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/GAL-Sync-Identity-Integration-Feature-Pack-IIFP.htmlAmit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
