Hi, we have a multiples tennats in Office365,  few months ago we create a tenant and replicate all users from out Active Directory on Premise to the tenant in Office 365 with DirSync, evertything was OK, but now,  we have a tenant in Office 365 that already have a lot of users, this users had used this service so many years ago. We want to create a local Active Directory with the Office365 domain and Synchronize all users from Office365 to the local Active Directory with all the information like User Information and Password.

How can we make a synchronization from Office365 to Active Directory, inversely to the normal procces with DirSync that is from Active Directory to Office365?
