Guessing you see this in Outlook, and that you have cached exchange mode turned on.  If so, trying turning off cached mode and see if the issue stops.  Turn cached mode back on; does the issue return?  Quick guess is you have a corrupt mail item.

Hi ,

Thank you for your question.

Did this error occur at all users?

In Outlook, conflicts occur when two or more copies of the same item have been modified independently of each other. Outlook detects conflicts during synchronization. For example, we might update a meeting item online in Outlook Web Access and then update the same meeting item in Outlook when you work offline. When Outlook goes online again and synchronizes the data between the client computer and the server, it detects that there are two different copies of the same meeting item.

When Outlook synchronizes items that belong to a standard Outlook item type, it takes into consideration the properties that are specific to that item type to detect possible conflicts. Outlook tries to resolve conflicts and stores the resultant copy in the appropriate folder without requesting user intervention. In cases where Outlook considers that there is a possibility that the resultant copy may not contain all essential data, Outlook stores the conflicting copies in the Conflicts folder, under the Sync Issues folder.

The standard outlook items type are referred by the following link:

Base on this error, there are following steps for us to troubleshoot:

  1.        Rebuild profile to check if the issue persist
  2.        Check the property of Create named properties in the information store if it is uncheck by the following steps:

  • Launch ADSIEdit tool on the Exchange Server.
Expand the Configuration container, then CN=Services, CN=Microsoft Exchange, then CN=<your orgName>.
Right-click on your organization container and click Properties.
Go to the Security tab and verify if the Everyone group has the "Create Named Properties In The Information Store" right enabled. If the Allow checkbox is not checked, go ahead and check it.
    Click the Advanced button.
Select the Everyone group with the "Create named properties in the information store" right and click the View/Edit button.
Select "This object and all child objects" from the Apply Onto drop-down list.
Click OK until you have exited all the properties pages.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,
