Synchronise WM7 with local Exchange Serber
I am having trouble synchronising my WM7 (HTC Mozart) to a local Exchange Server (part of SBS 2003). Our Exchange server does not reside on the internet, rather, we use the POP Connector to download mail etc. Anyway, I've been attempting to syncrhronise with our Exchange Server, however it is a local unit only. Do I have to install OMA? Do I have to worry about "installing a Certificate" from the server? What naming convention is used to identify the "local" Exchange Server? I've read a lot of threads on this problem but haven't found any that specifically related to local Exchange Servers only. The thought is that I will connect to the Server only when I am in the office. Thanks in anticipation. Brett

Hi You will need to configure your 2003 Exchange accordingly to the link below http://www.petri.co.il/how-can-i-configure-rpc-over-https-on-exchange-2003-single-server-scenario.htm And either use internal PKI and deploy the root certs to the devices or purchase an 3rd part certificate (recommended) Test it externally using : https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/ Jonas Andersson | Microsoft Community Contributor Award 2011 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog | Follow me on twitter: jonand82

Hi, You need to download the certificate from Exchange server and install it into your device. Then create Exchange account to sync with your mails in exchange server.
