Sync problems with Exchange Server
My exchange server worked great at first. Then about 2 months into it, I have to delete emails on ALL my devices, whereas before I'd delete an email on my phone and it would be off on all devices. The calendar works fine though. Can anyone help? thanks!

Some version information would be helpful here. Also does this occur with all users on the server or not. I presume you are referring to ActiveSync, or is this Outlook. More information required! Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources

I am referring to Outlook and I'm sorry I don't know much more. My web host server-technician arranged this for me and he has not been available so I came to this forum to see if I could get some answers. The calendar (appointments) work in that I can enter a new appt on my blackberry and it automatically is on my desktop or web application. All emails are received on all BB, desktop and web based. But when I try and delete emails to clean things up, I have to do so on all (BB, desktop and web based). I appreciate any and all help and apologize for not knowing version info. Can you tell me how to find out and I'll let you know. Thanks, webbywoman

If it is a hosted Exchange platform then your only option is to go back to the host and ask them to look at it. This is not something that you can resolve on your own from the client side. The host will need to get involved. Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources
