Sync issue with Outlook 2010
Hi, Not sure if this would be the correct place for this, but here is my issue We have a client with Exchange 2010, and Outlook 2010 and they seem to be getting sync issues. the error that comes up is 10:58:52 Synchronizer Version 14.0.6117 10:58:52 Synchronizing Mailbox "User Mailbox" 10:58:52 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'Inbox' 10:58:52 Uploading to server "server.domain" 10:58:52 Synchronization of some deletions failed. 10:58:52 [0-130] 10:58:52 2 item(s) deleted in online folder 10:58:52 Done And here is another example 10:27:20 Synchronizer Version 14.0.6117 10:27:20 Synchronizing Mailbox "User Mailbox" 10:27:20 Synchronizing Hierarchy 10:27:20 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'move folder' 10:27:20 Uploading to server "Server.domain" 10:27:20 Synchronization of some deletions failed. 10:27:20 [0-130] 10:27:21 3 item(s) added to online folder 10:27:21 3 item(s) deleted in online folder 10:27:21 Synchronizing local changes in folder 'move folder 2' 10:27:21 Uploading to server "Server.domain" 10:27:21 4 item(s) added to online folder 10:27:21 Downloading from server "Server.domain" 10:27:21 Done 10:27:25 Microsoft Exchange offline address book 10:27:25 Download successful Now I have tried some of the standard troubleshooting steps but it seems to keep happening. This is what I have tried 1) turned off any 3rd part addins 2) turned on outlook logging, but it does not seem to indicate any errors, or I may not be reading it right 3) removed the ost file, and let outlook recreate it 4) turned off cache mode, and turned off offline file, re-open outlook turned back on offline file, cache mode 5) removed exchange support files for outlook, and repaired office So I am not sure where to proceed from here. Hi Tim, Does this issue occur to all the users? I suggest we do not open with the Outlook. Please only have a test to log on OWA and see if the sync error log persists. If the issue still persists in OWA, I suspect there are corruptions in the mailbox.
