Hiya, Not directly via ActiveSync, however if the mobile device supports syncronising iCal calendars (iPhone does, for example), you could consider using Calendar Publishing to achieve this, in Exchange 2010 SP1. In such a scenario, the other people would publish their Calendar using Outlook 2010 or OWA and send the URL to the person to open on the mobile device. Steve’s right. The task can’t be accomplished in exchange natively. Besides the suggestion from Steve, or access the shared calendar via OWA on the phone, you can also check if there’s any other third party tool for this specific task on the internet “You can only synchronize your default calendar folder, contact folder, and tasks folder” ---------Refer to <Exchange ActiveSync: Frequently Asked Questions>James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com
