Sync Issues - Outlook 2003
Hi people, Sorry for my poor English. Some users are saying that they're "losing" their e-mail. I had verified that in Sync Issues folder and Local Failure folder have some of these messages and a log messages: 08:45:01 Synchronizer Version 11.0.8000 08:45:01 Synchronizing Mailbox 'xxxxxx'08:45:02 Synchronizing Hierarchy08:45:02 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Inbox'08:45:02 Downloading from server 'srv-xxxxxl'08:02:41 Error synchronizing folder08:45:02 This message showing an error and the synchronization was ignored(0xc0090081): 08:45:02 "0844" 08:45:02 Done AND / OR 14:06:22 Synchronizer Version 11.0.8000 14:06:22 Synchronizing Mailbox 'xxxxxx'14:06:22 Synchronizing Hierarchy14:06:22 Synchronizing server changes in folder 'Inbox' 14:06:27 Error synchronizing folder14:06:27 [8004010F-501-0-E60]14:06:27 The client operation failed.14:06:27 Microsoft Exchange Server Information Store14:06:27For more information on this failure, click the URL below:14:06:27http://www.microsoft.com/support/prodredirect/outlook2000_us.asp?err=80040119-501-0-5c014:06:27Done I just found about the OAB problem, but I don't know if it's the same problem. are you using outlook cache mode?

I'm having the same problem. and Yes the Cache is checked.

It has been my experience that with this issue if you take Outlook out of cached mode it resolves the issue, but it does have a side effect. The junk mail filter will not work unless you are in cached mode.

Thanks guys! turning off Cache mode fixed this problem along with this error I kept getting: 16:42:02 Microsoft Exchange offline address book 16:42:02 Not downloading Offline address book files. A server (URL) could not be located. 16:42:02 0X8004010F
