Yes but it is not free and I'm not super familiar with that product but I know it does provide this functionality.Mark Morowczynski|MCT| MCSE 2003:Messaging, Security|MCITP:EMA 2K7,EDA Win 7,ES,SA,EA|MCTS:Windows Mobile Admin|Security+|http://almostdailytech.com

I'm a little surprised there is no free MS product to provide this basic functionality.

Hello, have you looked at MS IIFP? The Microsoft Identity and Integration Feature Pack allows you to synchronise across Exchange 2000 & 2003 organisations and is a free tool from Microsoft. If you want to have synchronisation with anything newer you need the Microsoft Identity lifecycle manager. MS IIFP can be downloaded from here: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=d9143610-c04d-41c4-b7ea-6f56819769d5&displaylang=en Hope this helps. DNDSMDuncan
