Sweetishes

Hi there,

I purchased the Mac Book Pro last summer August 2014 and with it, I purchased the Microsoft office 2011 with it which includes Microsoft word, Microsoft excel, outlook and power point. The product code key (26 number and letter code) does not work. I'm trying to use Microsoft outlook to login in with the code and it says login failed. PLEASE HELP! Product key codes don't expire, do they?

The product key should be 25 characters (5 groups of 5), not 26?

This article may be helpful:

Product keys don't expire, but if what you have with you is a PIN, a PIN can only be "claimed/converted" into a product key one time, after that claim, you use the product key.

Hi Sweetishes,

I agree with Don, the product key should be 25 characters not 26. If you get the "Invalid product key" error when activating Office for Mac 2011, please try to follow this article to fix this issue:
