Suggested times not available

We are using Exchange 2013 CU7 and Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013. The scheduling assistant can't return suggested times because it can not retrieve free and busy data. This issue only affects Outlook 2013 users, Outlook 2010 users are fine. I have researched and come across several articles about the problem, but have not been able to find an answer.

Patches are not the issue. As point out in this article. Those patches are not installed.

It happens whether I am in cached mode or directly connected. I tried multiple different outlook installs, with SP1 without SP1, patched or unpatched.

Any ideas?

Run Autodiscover test on the affected machine, if it's fine also check if you can open directly the EWS url from the same machine. This way you'll know for certain whether it's a client issue or something else.

Hi Bateslabel,

Except above suggestion, I also recommend you check if there is the same issue for the same user when using OWA.

It will also tell us it is a outlook client issue or something else.

I am hoping to find an answer because I still have the issue. It only affects a user who is using Outlook 2013. When logged into OWA no issues and there are no issues for users who use outlook 2010.

Exchange 2013 CU7

Outlook 2013 SP1 completely patched.
