I got a user with a message that has sent from the users outlook program and is no longer in the outbox, but the message is stuck somewhere inside of exchange and keeps trying to send but the IDS keeps blocking it and sending a ton of alerts. how can I delete that message inside exchange? Any support would be greatly appriciated. -R

What version of Exchange? Do you know what the queue viewer is?
