Hi, I work for a multicompany multisite group. Many of these entities share a number of suppliers, although ordering, pricing, logistics is done through different people. All of us share the same mailserver cluster. How could I visualize all conversations with a single supplier across all companies (mailboxes really). Higher management might be interested in a visualization of these conversations, orderable by time, conversation, subject, etc Does anything like this already exist ? On an intranet, you type in "@microsoft.com" and the app yields all conversations your people have had with microsoft employees. thx Ward

You need a CRM. That is what they are designed to do. The problem will be getting the older information in, but once running, as long as everyone is using it correctly you should be able to see everything across the network.
