Strange issue on Shared Mailbox
Hello Mates Greetings, Iam facing on the strange issue , we have one user mailbox which is having full mailbox access to some of the user, ther are using for long a while. all of sudden , it started misbehaving. Whenever the users having full mailbox access creates a folder in the the shared mailbox , it is not visibile, they are saying the newly created folder is missing or not visible i took the full mailbox access like a normal user and am able to see the folder and looks normal. i asked the user to disbale the cache mode and ask them to check via owa and all still same issue they are facing i called the user over phone aand ask them to create one test folder over the convesrtion, i can able to see the test folder where the folder created under the shared mailbox,but user unable to see the test folder which he craeted in front of me. This is not an single user issue, What could be an issue and how to over come this? Please help Thanks in advance Exchange 2007

Hi, The users should also disable to caching of shared mailboxes - this is an Outlook profile setting under advanced settings. Leif

Hello Leif Thanks for your update the real thing is , all the users cache mode are greyed out via group policy. How to proceed further

Hi rush2ramki, For this issue, I suggest you follow these steps to do a test: 1. Ask the user to create a folder under the shared mailbox in OWA. 2. Check whether he can see the folder in OWA or not. 3. If he can see the folder in OWA, this may issue in Outlook profile, maybe you can recreate Outlook profile to have a try. Hello Leif, Checked the above settings and still its greyed out , Disabling the cache mode on server is prohibited by group policy as i said earlier
