Hi,

As per your description, please follow these steps: -

Windows Internet Explorer 9 has been installed as a system update in the operating system, and as such can be removed from the Uninstall an update Control Panel menu.
1. To get there click the start orb in the lower left corner of the screen, and then select Control Panel.
2. Locate Uninstall a program in the Control Panel and click on the entry.
3. IE 9 is not installed as a program, but as an update. It is for that reason not listed among the programs.
4. To uninstall IE 9, click on View Installed Updates link.
5. It may take a while before all updates are displayed in the list. Now it is time to locate the Microsoft Windows, and there the Windows IE 9 entry. You can sort the listing by name or date, to make the identification easier.
6. Right-click on Windows Internet Explorer 9 and select uninstall from the context menu.
7. This initiates the uninstallation of the browser from the system. From that point on, follow the instruction to uninstall the browser. To complete the uninstallation, the computer needs to be restarted in the end.

I hope this information will be helpful for you.

Thanks and Regards

Hi Franklin,

Based on my research, the error above isnt an Outlook error, its a browser error.

Do you have any other web browser installed? Is Internet Explorer set as the default browser on the computer? If not, please try setting IE as the default browser and then test the issue again. To do this, open Internet Explorer and click Internet Options > Programs tab, click Make Default button and then click OK.

Or, go to Control Panel > Default Programs > Set Program Access and Defaults > Custom > Choose a Default Web Browser. Set Internet Explorer as the default.

Hope this helps.
