Hello Pros I will appreciated if someone can shed the light. Exchange 2007 with Windows 2003 One mailbox having a strange issue that when messages arrive they are changed to READ automatically after a while. Outlook 2007. Although Inbox shows 4000 Messages Unread, but no items are marked bold. Using favourite folder "Unread Mail" all 4000 items are found I have done following so far. Check settings for reading pane, under options, other tab, its all normal. created a new profile in case the OST corrupet but no help Closed Outlook totally and tested the issue with Webmail if it happens, same thing happening on the Webmail, so that means Outlook is not causing this issue. I noticed in OWA that new email arrives and all bold, then i logout and login back and see all messages are READ. Can please seomeone tell where to look for any settings to avoid this or possible cause of it? thank you

Please disable all the problem Mailbox feature and only have Outlook Web Access enabled to check whether the issue still persists 2. Move the problem mailbox to another mailbox store to check whether the issue persists. 3.
