Storing Archived E-mails to network
Hello is there a way in which the archive folders of all users is automatically created and stored on a network folder since when a user needs OS re-installation all archived e-mails will be lost if not backed up

Outlook .PST files on a network share are neither recommended nor supported. Your best bet is to use a backup solution for the .PST files or an an archive. The Personal Archie in Exchange 2010 works nicely. GFI MailArchiver is the one low-cost product I know (and very good), but there are several other products around.
