Store.exe: Store.exe will consume approximately all RAM avaliable minus 2GB. What the process exactly does is monitor the system and gives back the memory when it's required dynamically. Thus even if the process consumes high memory, it will automatically adjust by giving back the enough memory to system. EdgeTransport.exe : This seems like an issue. Re-start the service and check the result. Also see some events related to this high utilizationRegards from www.windowsadmin.info | www.blog.windowsadmin.info

Possibly you want to get yourself on SP3 roll up 7. http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=29426 It's always best to schedule restarts off hrs with change control even if you think it's just a simple restart of the service.
