StorageLimitStatus not updating until Information store is restarted
Hello, The StorageLimitStatus property of Get-MailboxStatistics is not updating until I restart Information Store.Following is the scenario : Size of mailbox as seen in properties of mailbox user (KB) : 76 Value of Storage Quotas for that mailbox : Issue Warning at (KB) : 70Prohibit Send at (KB) : 77Prohibit send and receive at (KB) : 80Now, when the storage Quotas are set then those are reflected in the user mailbox property. It was verified using following cmdletGet-Mailbox | Format-List DisplayName, IssueWarningQuota, ProhibitSendQuota, ProhibitSendReceiveQuotaActually the StorageLimitStatus should change from BelowLimit to IssueWarning. But, the StorageLimitStatus was not updated. It was verified using following cmdlet.Get-MailboxStatistics | Format-list DisplayName, StorageLimitStatusBut, when the Information Store is restarted then the StorageLimitStatus property was properly updated. Please let us know if the restart of Information Store is mandatory or is there any workaround by which the StorageLimitStatus property will get updated. Thanks in advance.Neel

I believe in E2K7 this information is cached for up to 2 hours. Are you waiting for 2 hours?

I executed the cmdlet immediately after changing the quota limit. I didn't wait for 2 hours. Is the any cmdlet which will refresh this cache so as to get the updated data ?Thanks,Neel
