Hi, I hope someone can help with this problem. When i startup my computer it has a habit of sporadically stopping at the green scrollbar and won't go any further. I then have to restart the computer which will run a diagnostic and then restore the computer to when it last worked. It has no pattern of doing this, sometimes it works other times it doesn't. I havetried altering the programs that run at startup, nothing so far helps. Thanks.
