Sometimes e-mails get stuck in Outgoing

Hello all,

I've been facing the problem with some users in remote offices

I have Exchange 2013 as a e-mail server  and Clients use Office 2010

Sometimes their e-mails get stuck in outgoing folder and until users close the Outlook nothing happens or sometimes they need to wait few minutes before they get to sent items I've also noticed that Outlook is disconnecting for the seconds and then connecting again.

As far as I can tell i have no problems with the connection between offices. What might it be?

Thank you in advance

Hi,

There can be multiple reasons like firewall, antivirus software, network connectivity etc. Check all these matters. Also verify if you found any errors/warnings ate the Event logs of Exchange servers

Free Windows Admin Tool Kit Click here and download it now

Hi,

Agree with ManU.
Please check the OWA, run Outlook client with Cache mode or Online mode for testing.
Run Outlook Connection Status to get more information about Outlook client communication with Exchange server.

For Exchange server side, please check point as ManU mentioned above.

Thanks
