Some users open another user's mailbox even without permission.
Personal okay? I have a called this consuming a few days. On a client where the environment is exchange server 2007 with Service pack 1 and all stations use Office 2007, some users are having trouble accessing another user's mailbox. even without permission through your outlook I removed all permissions of groups on full Access of Mailboxe's leaving only default self, checked in adsiedit security tab in properties of user and the Organization of the company but were not found evidence of incorrect permissions. Checked the group that this user is a member and not part of any administrative group both in ad as in Exchange. Asked for the user to login on another station and still open another mailbox. I ran the command in shell Get-adpermissions cmdlet and the get-MailboxPermissions and verified that the permissions of mailboxe's are correct. Analysis of EXBPA without evidence. The funny thing is that by this OWA users cannot open another maiilbox. Thank for the help. Leonardo

You looked in mailbox rights, and not just user rights, correct?Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."

Also make sure your users didn't grant any folder permissions to the "Default" name in Outlook. That basically means everybody, and it's easy to click by mistake.

My only response would be that you've missed something. Exchange doesn't grant rights by default that way. You might want to open a ticket with Microsoft Support if you can't find the security hole. If it's not something you set and is a bug, it is my understanding that you won't be charged, but you'll want to clear that with them first.Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
