Some users not receiving mail
Some users have reported an issue to me today that they can not receive email from external clients, how they can send just fine. When I tried to test from my end I can do so without problems. I can send and receive from external mail source. Checking Exchange 2007 shows no errors in the logs, I check all settings on exchange and everything shows its configured correctly, however still when users are not receiving. Nothing has been touched on the exchange server for it to stop working. I had one user try and send to their account from hotmail and the email appears that it has been sent successfully however it does not appear in the inbox. Looking on the exchange server it shows the email was received and processed and passed on by exchange but in fact it hasn't. This is a strange strange issue. Please Help!! FYI, Exchange 2007/ Server 2008/ Outlook 2003

Hi, Did you check the queue? Was it stuck there? Whether the email was sent to the users in Message Tracking Log? Did you check this issue in OWA for that problematic users? Thanks Allen
