Some recipients not receiving email.

Some (external - internally no problem) recipients not receiving email specifically from my account.

I have exchange 2003 (soon to be upgraded). I have Outlook 2007

Im able to send and receive emails to most recipients with out issue.

However there are two recipients that cannot receive my email.

I cannot really find any settings server or client side that might be causing this issue.

Recipients claim that nothing is being filter or blocked on their side and that can receive email from other members in my domain.

Is there anything further I can check on my side to trouble shoot this issue.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Thank you.

do you get a "delivery failure" report back on these 2 recipients? or does the email simply not show up??

- If you do not get a message back saying the delivery failed (and a cause) the email is likely dropped on the way to the recipients. normally if it reaches the destination server and gets rejected, you'll get a notification on this.

Hi,

Please sent the test message and check whether these two users can receive messages in OWA. Since all other external users can work fine, the RPC over HTTP service which is used for external users Internet connetion to Exchange should be configured correctly in server side.

Please reconfigure these two accouts in Outlook and click Send/Receive to have a try. Additionally, it is highly recommended to upgrade your Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010 for better experience.
