The "00A" just means that the message was sent anonymously.

If the message appears in the message tracking log it most certaily
did arrive. It may not have been delivered to the recipient but it was
accepted for delivery by your HT server.

In the message tracking log, select the row with the "RECEIVE" event
and click "Next". Then find the rest of the rows for that message. If
you see a "DELIVER" event then it was delivered to the mailbox. If you
see a SMTP even the message was sent to another server, do select that
row and click "Next". Continue tracing in this way until you find the
"DELIVER" event. If you *don't* find a "DELIVER" event, do you see a
"FAIL" event? Or do you see some other event as the very last event
for this messages?

Hi Rich,
I have tried again to find out what went wrong, using the Tracking Log Explorer.
At first I could not find the message back I was looking for.
After a while I got to understand the way the Explorer works.
Now I found that the message not coming in, was not in the Explorer.
The first mail from this sender was received on the 2nd of June, and was replied to on the 5th of June.
The sender then replied again on the 5th to the reply he had received.
This last reply send by the sender on the 5th has not been received and is not visible in the Explorer.
So with this info, what do you think can be wrong here?
Hope you can help me with this issue.

Check your SMTP receive protocol logs.
