Some emails are deleted automatically. I disable all of the rules. I find it on this folder and I find it on my blackberry but when I recover it it does the same thing. I'm not able to recover the item. I'm running exchange 2007.

hi, The problematic message will be delete directly or after a some hours or days. All message meet the issue or only part of, all user or only you? The message will get deleted immediately but it does come to the blackberry. There are certain messages that will trigger the event. Not all will be like this. Some users will be known and communicate alot with but some are random. There is no pattern that I can see. This happens to one of my users currently and I don't know if it happens to others. When i recover on outlook it seems like it was successful but 5 second later i see it in outlook deleted again. It will not let me recover it. I have 60 retention on deleted items.
