Some emails are deleted automatically. I disable all of the rules. I find it on this folder and I find it on my blackberry but when I recover it it does the same thing. I'm not able to recover the item. I'm running exchange 2007.

hi, The problematic message will be delete directly or after a some hours or days. All message meet the issue or only part of, all user or only you?
