Some Users cannot download OAB
I found some users cannot download OAB. i found following event log on Exchange 2k3 mailboxes server.
Event:9360

Type Error
OALGen encountered an error.............

Do you try to Enable Diag. logging for OALGen. It would shoe many related event logs. Anyway, Please try to review KB922255. Your problem may cause by it
