Some Outlook Calendars off by an hour for appointments?
Ok, I have a windows 2003 SP1 domain, and exchange server sp2 on windows2003 sp1 and outlook 2003 clients. Some of the calendars are off by 1 hour while some are right on - everyone is in the eastern time zone. I ran windows update ona bunchof computers and none of themneed time zone patches. I also ranthetime zoneedit tool on each computerand they all show theupdated changes in time zone.I also ran windows update from my exhcange server and it did not need a timezone patch. Does anyone know what could be happening?

I also wanted to note that the Message Tracking is ahead an hour too. If I send an email at 8:41 am the message tracking log shows that it was sent at 9:41 am, while the servers clock is showing 8:41. What?

My company is having this same problem. On certain people the appointments are 1 hour off. We've checked their DST patches, and those are applied. We've checked the Time Zone in Outlook, and it's correct. We are also in the Eastern Time Zone, and the problem just began about 1 week ago. We run an Exchange 2003 Cluster on Windows Server 2003. I'm working with the Exchange DST Tool to try and get a list of the Time Zones on the calendars in there, but haven't completed that yet. If you find a solution please post it here. Thanks, Tom

We had the same problem. Check DST patches AND service packs for your servers, local machines, and Outlook clients. Also if users are using Blackberries, update both the DST patch and run all BlackberryDesktopManagerupdates to the most current. Even with all DST patches applied, it took an OS update to get it working properly for us.
