Software installation via group policy
Hi All,I just started working at a new site and they dont have any remote software install system.I decided to install the office 2007 compatability pack via group policy , however it refuses to install. There are no errors. I went through and did the following.*Created a new ou and moved 2 test pcs *Created a distribution point for software and checked it's accessability*Created and linked a GPO to the ou *Removed group policy inheritance*No firewalls are enabled on the machines*All users have power user rights*Ran GPUPDATE and restarted the machines.I also tried to install adminpak.msi via GP and nothing.Any idea where to go from there?
