Sleep Mode recovery fails (BF bios code) after Windows Deployment Services install with NVIDIA driver
Deploying an image of Windows 7 to a system with AMI Bios rev. xxx with drivers for NVIDIA GTX 480 graphics card. The install goes fine and the graphic card works correctly. But if Sleep mode is enabled and the system enters sleep, recovering from sleep mode fails with a BF Bios code. The system can be recovered by powering cycling the system, but has the current user locked out. If I install the Windows 7 image without the Nvidia drivers and install the Nvidia drivers seperately from the internet (same level driver) then sleep mode works fine. Trying to track down the Bios code failure, but so far seems to be a new code that is not defined yet. Can anyone tell me what might be different about the WDS install of the Nvidia drivers that would cause this failure?

1. This is an exch forum. Maybe you should post in the Win 7 forum - http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/w7itpro 2. Or maybe on the Server forum for as you're using WDS - http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/category/windowsserverSukh
