Skype Minutes on a Mobile Phone
Hi. Does anyone know the procedure for getting Skype minutes to be active on a mobile phone. I have had no issues activating my Skype minutes on my PC but how to do it on my phone as well is a mystery. I have tried posting this question on the regular Microsoft Community forum but was directed to this one. Thanks.

Hi,

Do you want to enjoy 60 minutes of free calls to mobiles When you link your Microsoft Office Home or Office 365 University account with your Skype account? If yes, please link Microsoft Office account with my Skype account and then we can use them.

Please see this FAQ:

https://support.skype.com/en/faq/FA12230/how-do-i-link-my-microsoft-office-account-with-my-skype-account#

In additional, we are talking about Office client in this forum, I recommend you post the questions to Skype forum:

Hi,

As I mentioned in my question, I know how to activate my Skype minutes to a PC.

I would like to know how to use my Skype minutes on my mobile phone not to call mobile phones. I have the Skype app on my mobile phone but my free Skype minutes don't show.

Skype minutes are included in my Office 365 subscription, so I do not think that it is a Skype problem.

Does anyone know how to get your Skype minutes to show on your mobile phone Skype app?

Thanks

Hi jacobgratton,

We have definitely heard your frustration, and we're thinking about ways to make this scenario work better for our customers. I found this might be a known issue. But, this forum is focused on the client software suite, rather than the subscription of Office365.

You will find greater assistance for the subscription of Office365, at the dedicated O365 community and forums:
