I migrated from 2010 to 2013 and only one mailbox fails to move.  I can move it within the 2010 mailbox databases but I cannot get it to migrate to a 2013 database.  The migration takes a loong time to move the 500MB mailbox and eventually will fail with an error stating the following

"This job hasn't made progress since {date / time}.  I have tried to move it several times and it fails with the same error each time.  All other mailboxes in the entire environment have been successful with no issues.  I moved it to another 2010 mailbox database with no issues but the 2013 move failed again afterwards.  

Any ideas what the issue could be?

If it's only one mailbox, why not just export it to .pst, delete the mailbox then create a new one on the Exchange 2013 server, and finally import it into the new mailbox. Whatever is causing the issue will be removed by moving to a newly created mailbox.

I understand you probably want to know what the root issue is, but if this is only one mailbox that is affected then I would guess it's not a server or organizational issue.

Deleted that and re-running the migration to see if it fixed it.

so have got corrupt folder.

try repair mailbox with
New-MailboxRepairRequest -Mailbox mailbox -CorruptionType ProvisionedFolder,SearchFolder,AggregateCounts,Folderview

and if not help with mfcmapi connect to mailbox try delete Tracked Mail Processing folder, but is many folder have got so need search that folder what not see if open mailbox with outlook and delete.
if not help  export mailbox to pst and delete folders and try move mailbox and if moved to new server import pst to mailbox.

As per the above suggestion, once you have repaired the corrupt folder, you can try using this automated solution (http://www.exchangemigrationtool.com/) to migrate the remaining mailbox from old server to upgraded one. It provides a hassle-free environment to get this job done in an easier way.

i was never able to get this to move.  I just exported it and then imported it into a new mailbox for the user. 

This did cause an issue because anyone with autocomplete in their address book had a reference to a bad mailbox which had to be removed from autocomplete and selected from the GAL.
