In exchange 2003 we ware creating the RSG and recovering through Networking that was very easy. we have recentaly migrated with exchange 2010 Could you please let us know the procedure to handle such incident? In Exchange 2010, the RSG is replaced by the recovery database. See this for more info: Recovery Databases You will need to contact Networker support for the specifics on how to restore using their product.Twitter!:

Andy gave you great information on this, however if the RDB method does not work as desired or you want something more visual and powerful check out Lucid8's DigiScope which will allow you to Open, Browse, Search, Export Mailboxes, Folders and Items to PST & MSG or if desired you can recover/import information directly from the offline EDB into the Production Exchange serverTroy Werelius Search, Recover, & Extract Mailboxes, Folders, & Email Items from Offline EDB's and Live Exchange Servers or Import/Migrate direct from Offline EDB to Any Production Exchange Server, even cross version i.e. 2003 --> 2007 --> 2010 with Lucid8's DigiScope
