Should we use .NET Framework 4.6 with CU9 ?

As we plan to upgrade our Exchange 2013 SP1 (CU4) to CU9,   we also planned to update the .NET Framework to 4.5.2   (so we could use MAPI/HTTP, etc.).

Exchange 2013 is running on Windows 2012 Standard (not R2).

Now we see that .NET Framework 4.6 is available.

Has Microsoft verified that 4.6 will work well with CU9 ?

On the Exchange 2013 CU9 servers, should we use .NET Framework 4.6 ?

Thanks

It's not supported.

Even it is, I would suggest to stay with 4.5.2 for the following reasons,

  1. 4.6 is too new to be stable and reliable, compared with 4.5.2
  2. Exchange does not use any new feature of 4.6
