I've read numerous posts on this subject and everyone says not to worry about the store.exe process taking up 95% of the system memory. I understand that, but how do I know if I have a memory problem (e.g. a memory leak) if Exchange is suposed to be grabbing all my memory. I'm trying to differentiate between normal memory consumption and abnormal. I'm running Exchange 2010 with all roles on one server. There are 150 mailboxes on the server. According to this article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd346700.aspx I should have "4 GB plus 3-30 MB additional memory per mailbox" under the recommended maximum. That means for my setup I should have 8.5GB of memory. In reality I have 18GB of memory installed, however my store.exe regularly uses between 10GB and 15GB of memory. That is well over the recommended maximum ammount of memory that the technet article claims Exchange needs. How do I know if I have a problem?

That is normal, you can see this & this to get an idea of what's required and what tools you can use if you suspect this to be the case (even though it's for 2000/2003). Sukh

Exchange uses as much memory as possible - accessing data in RAM is faster than data on a hard drive.
