I am trying to share a One Note notebook so that I can share it on One Drive. I keep getting the message "Our server is having a problem. We're working to fix it as soon as we can, so try again in a few minutes". I thought it was just an error and waited a few hours, and then a day and then realized it couldn't be One Drive. I have the One Drive application on my computer and I can sign in through it. I can sign in fine through IE so it must be related to Office. I checked other Office programs and they all bring up the same error. I tried repairing Office and that didn't help. I tried changing my IE settings to allow TSL and SSL and that didn't help. I have a project that I need to share a one note and excel notebook and can not figure out how to fix this. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Hi,
Based on the description, the machine can connect to OneDrive successfully, on both IE and OneDrive client. So the connection is not the issue here.
Then I'm thinking of two things: 1. Are you using the same OneDrive Account in Office? 2. Something may have stopped Office to access OneDrive.
1. Please note there are personal OneDrive and OneDrive for Business that we can sign in from Office, make sure you are using the right one. If you are using personal OneDrive service from IE and the OneDrive client, make sure you are not using the OneDrive for Business service in Office, they look similar but are different.
2. Please disable the firewall and anti-virus program temporarily, then try again. They may have some configuration that stops Office from connecting to OneDrive.

Thank you for the suggestions.
1. I only am using one account for personal and business and can't even get to the point where it lets me put in information to login, I click the sign in button an immediately get that it can't connect to the server so I haven't even been able to try an account yet.
2. I disabled Kapersky and made sure the network firewall was off and tried again and I still had no luck.

Hi,
Sorry for replying late, I've been busy these days.
Based on the error message it could be a temporary issue on Microsoft, how is the issue going now?
If the problem persists, I suggest you go to Control Panel -> User Accounts -> Credential Manager -> Windows Credentials, remove the credentials for Office and try to sign in again, check if the problem persists.
