I am part of small business and we use Microsoft Office for most of our work.
Although I have limited prowess, however i believe a sheet with the following specifications can be made in Ms Excel:
- Shared between multi-users over my company's private network
- editing in blank cell is allowed
- the file shows the date, time and user who edited the cell in the column next to the edited cells
- once a cell is edited the cell is locked and cannot be edited by anyone except the file administrator
- editing is not allowed however information is allowed for copy, paste, formula linking, etc.'
Can anyone help me in making such a sheet. We use Excel 2010
