Sharing Outlook 2013 Calendar with multiple users
I'm using Outlook 2013 on an Exchange server.  I sent out an invitation to three colleagues in the same e-mail to share my calendar.  The first user accepted the invitation and can now share my calendar.  But the second and third users accepted the invitation and nothing happened.  Any explanation?  Do I have to send out initiations separately to each user?  Thank you.

Hi,

You can assign the delegate permission by:
1. In Outlook 2013, click File.2. Account Settings, Delegate Access.
3. Add the delegate and give the permission to access the calendar folder:

Hi

As per the information and details provided by you, to share the Outlook 2013 calendar with multiple users, please follow these steps: -

  1. In Calendar, select the calendar you wish to share.
  2. In the Home tab, in the Share group, click Calendar Permissions.
  3. In the Calendar Properties window, in the Permission tab, if you have not already, click Add and add the person(s) with whom you wish to share your calendar.
  4. Make sure the persons name is selected, and change the Permission Level.
  5. Click Ok.

I hope this information will be helpful for you.

Thanks and regards
