Hi

We are trying to share personal distribution lists from within outlook to other users.  When users add this distribution list it doesn't appear in their address book.  You can email these people by selecting a group (within people), and clicking the email icon, but you can never click on to in a new email and find any of these groups.

Is this not the best way to do this?  We want only particular people to see these lists so unless you can set viewing permissions for AD distribution lists I'm stuck on how to do this, or I am missing something.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
