Sharepoint 2010 performancepoint report web part - export to excel redirect to different page

environment - sharepoint 2010 SP1 server with windows server 2008 R2,sqlserver 2008 R2

we have business intelligence site collection with performance point reports that wrap ssrs reports

in production environment - export to excell ssrs report web part couse current page redirect to ssrs report at report server

(and excel loaded fine)

in dev environment - export to excel happens without page redirection (wanted behavior).

What causes thisbehavior (export to excell ssrs report web part couse current page redirect to ssrs report at report server)?
