i want to convert shared mailbox to regular mailbox, during this process all data of shared mailbox data will be lost??

i don't want to loose any data.

Hi,

run the following command to convert shared to user mailbox:

Set-Mailbox Identity shared@domaincom -Type Regular

This will not delete anything and all will be intact.If this is an office365 mailbox you will have to assign it a License or it will not work after Grace period.
