I have successfully shared a contacts folder in outlook with the rest of the team in our organisation. For some reason, a few of the contacts in that folder are not displaying on their side? Has anyone experienced this? What could be the issue with those contacts?

It seems these contacts are "Private" in your Contacts folder, they won't display on other people's side.

To check if an item is private, select it or open it, see if "Private" button is highlighted:

If you need to share these contacts to others too, click on the Private button again to clear the Private status.
