Shared calendar is blank sometimes other times not. Exchange 2007--Outlook2003
We have a user that has shared her calendar with a few people with Editor permissions. When these people open the shared calendar it only shows appointments for that date. If they move to a new date or open the canendar in week view they get a errror stating the they do not have permission.Sometimes we can get the appointments to show by closing the calendar and opening it again, but when we change dates we get that error again. We are running Windows Server 2008 with Exchange 2007, but all of the clients have Outlook 2003. This one person does have a BlackBerry and we have a 1 user license for the BlackBerry Professional Desktop Software. She is not having any issues with receiving updates on her BlackBerry. The only reason I mention the BlackBerry is because this is the only person with a shared calendar that this seems to be happening with.I have removed the shared calendar from people and then shared it again, but that did not change the problem. Sometimes I can see the full calendar and then 2 minutes later it is just a blank calendar. If anyone has any ideas please let me know.ThanksJeff

Hi Jeff, 1. Please let me know if you configure Outlook works in Online Mode, whether you are able to view calendar information of the problem user.2. If you create a new mailbox and share its calendar to other users, whether the issue can be reproduced. Mike

Mike,The person in question is using Outlook in Online Mode, they do not have Cache mode turned on. The other people that she has shared her calendar with have other peoples calendar's and they can see the full calendar, appointments, and meetings. It isonly this 1 person's calendar and it happens on more then 1 computer. Every person she has shared the calendar with is having the same issue with her calendar.ThanksJeffThanks Jeff
