We are having an issue where we have created a shared calendar, setting the events to a category and the colour appears as red on one persons computer but green on another. Is there a way to rectify this so that the colours match up accordingly across all computers?

The category names on each person's computer need to be updated. If there are few,m they can change them in the Category dialog. If there are a lot, you can either use VBA or a 3rd party utility.
