Shared Mailbox Permission
Is it possible to have the users not to have access to move emails to another folders or sub-folders in a shared mailbox, but still have read and write access in it? If possible how?

No. If you want to be able to mark an item as read, then they can move the item. The only thing you can do is grant them read only permissions. Furthermore, most permissive permissions wins, so if you are granting permissions at the server, those will trump the permissions you give in the mailbox. The only option is to remove the permissions from within Exchange and then set them in the mailbox itself. http://exchange.sembee.info/outlook/sharing-non-default-folders.asp Simon.Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources | In the UK? Hi Uirufurede, It can work when you grant read permission at the folder level. Thanks, EvanEvan Liu TechNet Community Support
