Hi,when you say two domains, I hope its two different AD forests.Minimum requirement to achieve this to have a trust running between the two forest and then next step is to use the InterOrg Replication Tool to replicate Free/Busy information. This allows recipients from one organization to schedule meetings with recipients in the other organization, and to be able to view each other's free/busy information.See my post http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en/exchangesvrdeploy/thread/d7203f3e-5c53-4510-9dde-0ca2aa2ef499Raj

So its Single forest with Multiple Domain (I think AD and not SMTP) , then where is the problem. By design one forest can only have one single exchange org. So its not an issue at all to share calender between servers in the same exchange org.Raj

Ok. Check the AD. Go to Active Directory users and computer, right click on domain, connect to domain and then see how many domains you can see over there.Raj

Raj I Checked it and there's no other domain > which mean it's not the same forest okay the question is; is this the only way to share calendar between this forests ? (Trust between this forests and use the interORG replication tool) ?
