SharePoint Lists with individal fields in Outlook

hi together,

it's easy to public a SharePoint list in Outlook (contact objects).

Because I need nearly 100 user defined fields I ask how to get this fields in a user defined form in Outlook? SharePoint should not be used as a frontend?

Can I use a SharePoint Form in Outlook? How?

alternative is a InfoPath Formular to be used in both Environments, right?

Is it possible to create a Outlook user defined form to be used on a SharePoint list (using Outlook for sure)?

What solution is able to be used in a productive Environment with 200 users and up to 10.000 contacts in 1 list?

I got it running with public Folders but during live productive Phase there has been too many trouble.

Thanks for ideas!

Envoironemt is Outlook 2010 / Exchange 2010 / SharePoint Server 2013.

Additional question: Is it possible to make an infopath form as default form for an Outlook folder (sharepoint list added to outlook)?
