Setup voicemail for multiple countries

Hi all,

we have Lync server 2013 in high availability mode.We have only 1 pool and everyone from each country is in there. We have 4 sip trunks in different countries,so far only 1 country has option to Call in (via mobile).

We tried to setup for Germany, but the Greetings are in English, they wish it in German. When they Call voicemail number that is defined in UM dial plan, they get error number not in use.

What is correct step for this setup (and rest of other countries)?

Hi,

Basic on my research, we may need install relevant language package first, then we can customized greeting file.

Since this issue related to UM, I recommend contact Exchange 2013 Unified Messaging Team so that you can get more professional suggestion:

orry for late reply, but had lots of other challanges to take care of.Then i finally managed to create Voicemail for each country.

Here are the steps:

Create UM dial plan for each country

Create exumcontact for each country with unique phone (same phone used in UM dial plan policy) and sip

Assigned each exumcontact a HostedVoicemailPolicy

Now on to next challange :)
